Welcome to the "Gateway to the UP of Michigan." Located in Watersmeet, MI, we have the largest snowmobile fleet comprised of the most upscale Polaris snowmobiles at our Headwaters Polaris and Track Side locations. With easy access to over 2,000 miles of groomed snowmobile trails that take you through the woods, over lakes, and connect communities. For those Ski-Doo lovers, our Anchor Marine location in Three Lakes is now renting Ski-Doo Grand Touring Sport 900 ACE and Ski Doo Renegade Sport 600ACE.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
NOW INCLUDED BASIC PLAN WITH RENTAL: Damage Protection with $1,000 security deposit.
PREMIUM PROTECTION PLAN AVAILABLE: Damage Protection with $500 security deposit.
*Damage Protection is not insurance and covers only accidental damage to the rental unit. If the rental unit is damaged as a direct or indirect result of a violation of the Rental Agreement, the renter is responsible and will reimburse the Rental Outfitter for all loss of and/or damage to the vehicle regardless of cause. The level of Damage Protection selected will determine the maximum out-of-pocket cost each customer will bear if damage occurs. Customers will not be charged above their maximum out-of-pocket for any incident related costs, including, without limitation, repairs, parts, labor, vehicle recovery, loss of use and administrative fees.
RIDING GEAR OPTIONS:
We offer our rental customers through Headwaters Polaris the option to rent helmets. All rental helmets are subject to availability and sizes. We sanitize/disinfect all gear upon return.
If you forgot something or we don't have your size available to rent, there is a wide-assortment of options to purchase inside the store. Rental customers will receive a 10% discount or current sale event pricing on in-store purchases of clothing.
Rental helmets are only available to rental customers with the purchase of a rental vehicle. This helps ensure we have enough gear for our customers.
HEATED HELMETS* - $25 per day
*Heated Helmets come with a cord to plug into the snowmobile. Snowmobile visor plugs are installed on all units for operator.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made 8 days or more from your reservation start date will incur a $10.00 (plus tax) NON-REFUNDABLE administrative fee.
Cancellation made 7 days of your reservation start date will incur a $50.00 (plus tax) NON-REFUNDABLE administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 24-hours of your reservation start date will be charged the entire cost NON-REFUNDABLE of the first-day rental.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
We reserve the right to cancel or substitute models, if needed, due to circumstances outside of our control. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel rental reservations, if needed, due to trail conditions outside of our control that are contributed to safety concerns.

All of our rental machines are equipped with electric start, reverse, and hand/thumb warmers!
Security deposits are required for every rental sled at time of check in, and will be taken as an authorization on a major credit card (NOT DEBIT) in the drivers name. The authorization will release in 5-10 business days depending on your credit card policy.
Quick Details
Duration: All rentals are for 23-hours. The rental period starts at 9 AM and ends at 8 AM the following morning.
Snowmobile rentals are available for persons who are 21 years of age and older. Renter must have a valid U.S. driver's license to show staff at time of check-in.
NOTE: Your drivers license MUST be present at time of check-in for your rental.
Easy Access: We do not offer delivery of rentals at this time. You are not permitted to trailer our snowmobiles to a different riding area. We are conveniently located with direct access to the snowmobile trail from our location. This makes it easy to hit the trails following check out. Your on-the-trail access from Headwaters Polaris may lead you right to a cabin or hotel and you will be able to purchase a snowmobile trail map at Headwaters Polaris.
