DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN OPTIONS: 

NOW INCLUDED WITH RENTAL: Damage Protection with $3,000.00 Security Deposit

PREMIUM PROTECTION AVAILABLE: Damage Protection with $1,500.00 Security Deposit.

*Damage Protection is not insurance and covers only accidental damage to the rental unit. If the rental unit is damaged as a direct or indirect result of a violation of the Rental Agreement, the renter is responsible and will reimburse the Rental Outfitter for all loss of and/or damage to the vehicle regardless of cause. The level of Damage Protection selected will determine the maximum out-of-pocket cost each customer will bear when damage occurs. Customers will not be charged above their maximum out-of-pocket for any incident related costs, including, without limitation, repairs, parts, labor, vehicle recovery, loss of use and administrative fees.

UPGRADE OPTIONS AVAILABLE: 

We offer our rental customers through Headwaters Polaris the option to some upgrades to ensure your rental experience is fulfilled. 

EXTENDED HOURS FOR OVERNIGHT RIDING

$75 upgrade to extend your riding until 8:00 AM

ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZED OPERATOR

$20 upgrade to add a second authorized operator

RETURN CLEANING OPTIONS:

All rental units will go out disinfected and sanitized. During this process, the rental units are also cleaned. This helps to ensure that the rental units operate more efficiently and to verify damage(s) to any rental units. The renter is able to self-clean the unit at a nearby car wash or choose the Staff-Clean option and we will take care of it for you. (All UTV rentals need to come back in the same condition that they go out).

STAFF CLEAN OPTION

$30 upgrade for staff to clean. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Cancellations made 8 days or more from your reservation start date will incur a $10.00 (plus tax) NON-REFUNDABLE administrative fee.

Cancellations made 7 days of your reservation start date will incur a $50.00 (plus tax) NON-REFUNDABLE administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 24-hours of your reservation start date will be charged the entire cost NON-REFUNDABLE of the first-day rental.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

We reserve the right to cancel or substitute models, if needed, due to circumstances outside of our control. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel rental reservations, if needed, due to trail conditions outside of our control that are contributed to safety concerns.
